For years, I either skipped breakfast, ate something carb-heavy that left me starving by 10 am, or grabbed something seemingly healthy on the go (looking at you, Starbucks). I thought I was eating “healthy”, but I was constantly tired and uncomfortable in my own body.
When I finally learned how to build balanced meals, especially in the morning, my body changed. Not just in my weight, but in how I felt. In the last year, I’ve lost 40 pounds. But most importantly, I finally feel steady, energized, and satisfied.
A simple formula changed everything: protein + fiber + fat. Here are a few combinations I rotate through regularly:
- Greek Yogurt + Raspberries + Pomegranate + Almond Butter + Seven Sundays Cereal
- Eggs + Chicken Sausage + Kiwi + Avocado
- Eggs + Chicken Sausage + Strawberries + Sweet Potato
- Eggs + Chicken Sausage + Pineapple + Sweet Potato
- Eggs + Chicken Sausage + Pineapple + Avocado + Almond Flour Tortilla
Breakfast no longer feels restrictive or rushed. It feels intentional, nourishing, steady, and an essential part of my wellness routine.
